A Simple Process
Initial Client Meeting
Share your project objectives with your CROSS team and establish an understanding of the vision for your space. We will get to know you, your needs, and discuss topics including the impact of this project on your lifestyle, your level of investment, and timelines to help determine if CROSS is well-suited for your project.

Process Review Meeting
Your Consultant will guide you through our CROSS process. We walk through project execution to ensure you understand our business model and project workflow. Communication is key to a successful relationship and our Process Review will establish what to expect when working with CROSS. We will review your Design Agreement for approval and establish your meeting schedule.

Design MeetingS
During this phase, our Design Team will study your space to learn more about how we can change the way you live your life. Together, you will explore initial schematic designs and regularly meet to bring your vision to life. Your selections will be expressed through detailed plans, vignettes, and 3D renderings. Our Design Team will navigate decisions impacting the scope and the details that will come to define the unique character of your project. In addition to the design plan, we will discuss your investment level as a the project develops.

TRADE PARTNER Meeting
After we agree upon a shared vision for your project, your Development Team will meet on-site with our trusted trade partners to review and gather detailed information about existing conditions.

INVESTMENT REVIEW
We will review the priorities and documents prepared for your project, including any clarifications and opportunities for improvement that may have been identified during the Trade Partner Meeting. Upon review, if there are no changes to the scope of work or selections, we will sign the contract, and discuss potential project start dates.

Preconstruction Meeting
Your Designer, Consultant, Production Manager, and Project Manager will meet with you on-site to review conditions, project specifications, and identify any logistical challenges.

Weekly Client Meetings
You and your Project Manager will schedule a time to meet weekly and ensure you are informed of the details and status of your project along with any questions you may have.

EXIT INTERVIEW
Our Development and Production Managers will visit with you to gather feedback about your experience with our team. We will also review our warranty and hand off any project documents.
