Properly care for equipment and supplies and pay attention to detail for high-quality results. Be proficient at all Journeyman and Apprentice Painter skills. Possesses work site experience and basic knowledge of construction, i.e., level, plumb & square, with a higher understanding and expectation of quality workmanship. Demonstrates “work site etiquette” and professional conduct on the project and in front of customers and vendors. Ready to begin learning the specifics of the craft, invest in their hand tools, and demonstrate an increase in abilities.

Manages the administrative aspects of one or more projects on a day-to-day basis, utilizing an online project management system, documenting communications, and coordinating all project details between the client, architect/designer, and Trade Partners. Managing project sites, maintaining quality and standards of work and supervising CROSS employees. Typically oversees one or more project sites throughout the week, supervising Trade Partners and CROSS employees, answering questions, and directing project tasks. Ensures completion of all tasks, establishing a relationship with the client as the post-job warranty specialist, and addressing warranty work orders as they arise.
