  • Expanded the size of the kitchen by removing several walls to create an open concept.
  • Installed several LVL beams to handle the load once carried by existing walls.
  • Large Macabus quartzite island with an intersecting custom butcher block tabletop.
  • Kitchen wall adorned with Calacatta mosaic tile and custom rolled steel vent hood.
  • Replaced and refinished wood floors.
  • Fabricated a walnut wood pedestal vanity to hold a custom Black Pearl leather vanity countertop with waterfall edge countertop in powder bathroom.
